Each session is a guided coaching conversation tailored to your teen’s needs.
Sessions may include:
mindset and thought exploration
visualization exercises
values clarification
emotional awareness practices
reflection and real-life strategies
Sessions are 50 minutes and typically begin weekly to build consistency and momentum.
Virtual coaching available
Goal-oriented and time-limited
Optional check-in sessions available afterward
What Coaching Is
This is a forward-focused coaching program designed to help teens:
build self-awareness
strengthen self-trust
develop emotional skills
make more confident decisions
feel more grounded in who they are
This is not therapy and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
My role is to help teens better understand themselves so they can move from self-doubt toward greater confidence and self-leadership.

a deeper sense of self-trust
This work is a process, but meaningful shifts often begin early on.
A Note For Parents
Your teen does not need to be “fixed.”
They may need support learning how to work with their thoughts, emotions, and self-doubt in a healthier way.
My role is to create a safe, structured, and supportive space where they can develop these skills and begin to trust themselves more deeply.
